2022 Sponsorship

We would like to invite your organization to continue sponsorship for the Chinese American Society for Mass Spectrometry (CASMS). CASMS is a non-profit organization with more than 1000 members. The mission of the society is to promote science in the Mass Spectrometry field within the global Chinese scientific community and beyond, to help Chinese-American scientists to network with the international scientific communities in both academia and industry, and to provide platforms for US-based scientific organizations to reach global Chinese scholars in mass spectrometry and related fields (http://www.casms.org).

CASMS organizes many highly attended scientific and social events for our members each year. These include

  • CASMS annual general meeting and social events held during each ASMS
  • CASMS annual Virtual Conference on Biological and Pharmaceutical Mass Spectrometry (since 2021), which aims to bring top scientists and key opinion leaders from both industry and academia worldwide to share their research, perspectives, and visions. The 2021 conference had a total of 14 symposia and 84 invited talks, along with multiple poster sessions, lightning talks, vendor workshops/exhibitions and a career center for about 500 attendees. The 2022 conference has already been scheduled for October 17 to 21 this year.
  • Webinar series with invited speakers from both US and China.

All these events provide excellent opportunities for our sponsors to reach a large number of existing and potential customers, showcase newest products to their target audience, an also recruit top talent for their organizations.

For this year, we offer five levels of sponsorship: Diamond $10,000, Platinum $7,500, Gold $5,000, Silver $3,000 and Bronze $1,500. As a sponsor, you will be invited to an exclusive social event with members from the CASMS executive committee at this year’s ASMS in Minneapolis. You will be able to interact with our members and annual CASMS virtual conference attendees worldwide through workshops, exhibitions, posters, and/or one-on- one meetings in the Gather Town virtual platform. In addition, your sponsorship will be advertised on our CASMS society and conference websites and multiple social media platforms. Diamond sponsors will also enjoy discounted rates when sponsoring webinars hosted by CASMS.  Please refer to the detailed sponsorship information at the end of this document.
